To become a Navratna group company must be score 60 out of 100. The score based on some parameters.

- Total cost of production or cost of services
- PBDIT to turnover
- Earning per Share and inter-sectoral performance
- Invest up to Rs. 1000 crores or 15% of their net worth on a single project without seeking government approval
PSU's Exam Pattern
PSUs exam content two major sections:-Technical Section-Related to specialzation stream Non-Technical Section-Current affairs, GK , General awareness, Reasoning and aptitude
Group Discussion Round:-Group discussion round will be conduct for shortlisted students, who have good communication skills, leadership qualities, self-assurance, knowledge of topic are to be considered.
Personal Interview:-To clear personal interviews candidate should be good body language, advance technical knowledge, positive attitude and must be good communication skills for judge the personality. Candidate should be confident & prepared with all question and answers.
