6. SSC-JE (Junior Engineer) (Mechanical & Electrical), MES- Candidates must have 3 years diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or B.Tech./ B.E. Degree holder also can apply for JE (Mechanical & Electrical), MES, and have to 2 years of work experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
7. SSC-JE (Junior Engineer) (QS & C), MES- Candidates must have a three-year diploma or a B.Tech./B.E. Junior Engineer (QS & C), MES- Candidates must have a three-year diploma or a B.Tech./B.E. degree. The candidate must have passed the Institute of Surveyors' Intermediate Building and Quantity Surveying (Sub Divisional-II) test (India).

• To be eligible for the SSC-JE exam, candidates should meet the Nationality requirements decided by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The details of which are as follows:
